Well firstly you don’t have to worry too much, there are lots of sites out there that can help you know all you need to know for your first time experinces.

The Swinger Forum is a great place to start – its packed full of advice articles and helpful members to give you all the information that you need to start with.

Most importantly you need to know that ‘no’ means ‘no’. No ifs but or maybe’s. It means no. Secondly you leave with the person that you went with. Keep those 2 in mind and you’ll be golden :-)
